The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level.

$39,500.00 - $59,300.00

Shift: This role will report to a 1st shift (Monday through Friday, 8 hours, 8:00AM-5:00PM)

Purpose Statement

Responsible for verifying and processing Customer Returns in accordance with the criteria defined in SOP 35. Responsible for sorting returned products to ensure proper credit given. Scans returns accurately and efficiently. Maintains records of returned products and loads boxes onto scan line.

Key Job Accountabilities:

• Perform initial visual inspection to determine customer mishandle or tampering.
• Ensure that all repair history is entered into the quality data collection system prior to shipment.
• Receive material into the quality data collection system in maximum two (2) days.
• Verify that all tests and inspection points were performed prior to shipment.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in an electronics manufacturing environment.
