What you will do Plan and run acquisition across paid, organic, lifecycle, and content channels. Own the top of the funnel and partner with product on everything below it. Design experiments, measure honestly, and double down on what actually works. Write and brief marketing copy that is clear and true, never hypey. Report on the metrics that matter and cut what does not. What we are looking for 4+ years in growth or performance marketing, ideally consumer. Hands-on with paid channels and analytics; you can run and read an experiment. A strong sense for clear, honest messaging. Data fluency and a bias to action. Nice to have Experience marketing a considered, high-ticket consumer purchase. SEO and lifecycle/CRM experience.
