Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Fencing Project Manager to oversee residential, commercial, and agricultural fencing projects from start to finish. This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating crews and materials, communicating with customers, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and takes pride in leading successful projects while building strong relationships with both customers and employees. Responsibilities Manage multiple fencing projects simultaneously. Schedule crews, equipment, and subcontractors. Coordinate material orders and deliveries. Perform site visits before, during, and after construction. Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Communicate with customers throughout each phase of the project. Lead and support crew leaders while maintaining accountability. Maintain quality control on every project. Identify and solve job site issues quickly and professionally. Review project costs and monitor profitability. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Work closely with office staff to coordinate scheduling and project updates. Assist with estimating and project planning when needed. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in fencing or construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Experience scheduling crews, equipment, and materials. Ability to read plans and understand property layouts. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
