Practice Support AnalystMcGuireWoods is searching for a Practice Support Analyst to support litigation teams by managing electronic discovery, analyzing and producing digital evidence, and providing technology solutions for case preparation and discovery requests. Along with excellent benefits, McGuireWoods offers most employees a hybrid remote option allowing flexibility and work-life balance.ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive, high-quality technology support to attorneys, paralegals, and clients.Communicate proactively and identify opportunities to improve client service.Support litigation and trial preparation, including electronic exhibits and trial room setup.Manage electronic discovery processing, production, and quality control.Create and maintain case databases, manage user access, and assist with document review, searches, and reporting.Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement and troubleshoot litigation technology solutions.Coordinate technology resources for trials and other client events.Promote automation tools that improve litigation support and case management.Deliver hands-on and group training on litigation support software and technology.Serve as a trusted resource for practice technology questions and support.Stay current on litigation technology, including Relativity and trial presentation tools.Identify emerging technologies and communicate solutions that enhance client service.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required.2–4 years of experience in litigation support or legal technology.Experience with LAW PreDiscovery, Nuix, and Relativity preferred.Strong organizational, written communication, technical, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently under pressure, and meet deadlines.Excellent judgment, teamwork, and reliability, with a strong commitment to client service.Ability to work overtime as needed.Interest in using innovative AI technology, including Harvey and Copilot, to support efficient high-impact work.Have more questions?
