About the Role:

Work Location: Shawano, WI (2nd shift;  four 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday)

P roduction Assembly This position is a critical role focused on assembling components and products. The primary goal is to ensure that all assembly tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards to support continuous production flow. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols to maintain a safe and productive work environment. The successful candidate will contribute to meeting production targets by performing repetitive assembly operations and inspecting finished products for defects. Ultimately, this position supports the overall manufacturing process by delivering high-quality assembled products on schedule during weekend shifts.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
