Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Valid Kentucky speech-language pathology license
• Preferred background in school-based settings
• Comfortable working with diverse age groups (elementary through high school)
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

What you’ll do:

• Assess student speech, language, and communication needs across various grade levels
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups
• Provide clear documentation and progress reports to the school team and families
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success
• Contribute to the development of IEPs and participate in team meetings
• Offer recommendations and strategies for classroom support
• Foster an encouraging, positive environment that promotes student development
