Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Kentucky (KY) Speech-Language Pathology licensure is required.
• Previous experience in school-based roles (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Aptitude for working with diverse student populations across various grade levels.
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Ability to develop rapport and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students in grades K–12.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEPs.
• Consult with educators and families to support student progress.
• Track outcomes and maintain thorough, compliant documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning.
• Adapt interventions to meet the individual needs and learning environments of students.
