Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Kentucky SLP license required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred
• Adaptability to work with diverse student populations, ranging from elementary through high school
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to craft individualized treatment plans and adjust strategies as needed
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students of varying ages and needs
• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to ensure student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of student performance and therapy sessions
• Participate in meetings and contribute to team-based solutions
• Provide training or resources to staff and families, as appropriate
