C&L Ward is looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects from the time they are sold through installation and completion. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage many moving pieces without losing track of the details, communicate confidently, and take ownership of projets from start to finish.
Position Responsibilities:
- Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with homeowners from start to finish
- Manage project details in our CRM system with accuracy and care
- Schedule measures, installation dates, and service appointments—keeping communication clear every step of the way
- Prepare detailed work order packets and materials for our Installation Crews
- Partner closely with our Client Experience Director, Measure Technicians, and Installation Teams to ensure seamless project completion
- Coordinate with local municipalities to secure necessary permits
- Follow up after installation to ensure client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
Position Requirements:
- Experience working with computer systems and office software
- Background in client services or communication-based roles
- A collaborative mindset and contributing to a positive work culture
- You enjoy connecting with people and can balance empathy with efficiency
- You take initiative, find solutions, and bring positive energy to every challenge
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Compensation & Growth:
This is an hourly position starting at $18.00/hr. , with a growth plan for potential to reach $20.00/hr. within the first 90 days based on training milestones and performance. Monthly and annual bonus opportunities are also available.
Full time schedule:
Monday – Friday 7am -4pm
