Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within the Operating Room setting across a range of surgical specialties
• Deliver competent care in ENT, Plastics, and Pediatric surgical cases
• Participate in on-call coverage, including approximately 3–4 call shifts per 6-week period with at least one weekend call shift
• Float to other units and/or campuses as needed based on census, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
• Complete all required pre-assignment modules and compliance requirements within designated timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room experience
• Strong experience in ENT, Plastics, and Pediatric surgical specialties
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience
• Must pass required pre-assignment medical testing and complete all onboarding modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple OR surgical specialties beyond ENT, Plastics, and Pediatrics
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and floating protocols
