What You'll Do

• Deliver safe, effective, high-energy personal training sessions in clients' homes and on-site locations
• Build personalized fitness programs based on each client's goals, abilities, and progress
• Use the GYMGUYZ App to manage programming, reassessments, notes, and client progress
• Motivate clients, track results, and create a positive training experience
• Manage your schedule and travel efficiently between sessions
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Represent GYMGUYZ's DRIVE values: Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, and Excellence

What You Bring

• Nationally recognized personal training certification, such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or similar
• CPR/AED certification, or ability to obtain certification before starting client sessions
• Reliable transportation for mobile/in-home and on-site training sessions
• Comfort using mobile and web apps for scheduling, client notes, programming, and communication
• Professional communication, punctuality, and strong coaching presence
• Ability to create a safe, motivating, and results-focused client experience
• 13 years of personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
• Newly certified trainers with strong people skills, professionalism, and coaching energy are encouraged to apply
