About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP Partnerships to spearhead the growth of its ecosystem. This senior commercial role is pivotal in building and scaling strategic partnerships with major tech platforms, agencies, and ecosystem leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the partnership strategy, establishing executive relationships, and unlocking commercial value through the development of partner growth plans. A key aspect of the role is to position the company as a preferred global creative partner, and the VP will be expected to provide market and product intelligence, as well as to build scalable operations for partnership management. The role also involves leading the future expansion of the partnership function, including the recruitment, mentoring, and leadership of a dedicated team. Applicants for the VP Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of senior commercial experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership, particularly within the digital advertising, ad-tech, or creator economy sectors. An established executive network across major tech and social platforms is essential, as is a proven track record in driving multi-million-dollar partner programs. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the global advertising landscape, platform algorithms, and agency operating models, and be adept at cross-functional influence and problem-solving. Leadership potential, executive presence, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are also key requirements for this high-impact position.
