Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Stepdown - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - PCU /n/n Job Details: /n • Provide nursing care in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) /n• Work with patients requiring intermediate level monitoring and care /n• Monitor patients who need more intensive observation than general medical-surgical units but less than intensive care /n• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans /n• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed /n• Document patient care activities and responses to treatment /n• Current RN license required /n• PCU or telemetry experience preferred /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare organization operates as a comprehensive medical center providing advanced patient care services across multiple specialties.
