Company: Florida's Fast Growing Window Company selling and installing Top Quality Windows, Doors and Roofing.

Position: Regional Canvassing Manager -We are hiring a Regional Canvassing Manager to lead our team and drive customer outreach efforts. No Selling!

Responsibilities:

Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate a team of canvassers.
Plan neighborhood routes and daily field schedules.
Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as Canvassing Manager or Canvassing Director in the Home Improvement Industry.
