Duration: 09/14/2026 - 06/14/2027 (Contract) Team: Employee Resource Center Scaled Delivery Job Details Sr. HR Generalist Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid) Duration: 09/14/2026 - 06/14/2027 (Contract) Team: Employee Resource Center Scaled Delivery Job Description Temporary contract assignment providing casework coverage with primary focus on maintaining continuity and case quality throughout the engagement. Client-facing Senior HR Generalist supporting complex case types including organizational changes, leave, and accommodation support. Collaborate with peers across the ERC, leave vendor, and Employee Relations partners to resolve employee requests, manage HR cases, and drive improvements to scalable, high-quality support. Responsibilities Provide consultation and guidance to all levels of the organization on sensitive work-related issues such as organization changes, accommodations, and leave-related policies. Triage and respond to questions from internal HR teams to collaborate on cases, assess options, and provide risk assessments. Lead intake, triage, and resolution of complex HR inquiries with speed and empathy, aligning cross-functional resources to connect impacted individuals to the right support. Leverage case management systems to address employee needs; use reporting and insights to identify trends and inform strategies. Partner with Legal, Security, Employee Relations, HRBPs, and other collaborators as needed; communicate efficiently at all levels. Foster team enablement by providing updates on process and policy changes and equip colleagues to excel. Influence and contribute to process improvements that drive business scalability. Contribute insight and collaborate on projects that drive organizational impact. Qualifications Proven HR expertise with specialized knowledge in organizational changes, leave of absence programs, and interactive accommodation processes. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities for complex cases, balancing compassion and firmness. Ability to manage a full caseload independently with accuracy and consistency, meeting SLA timelines and maintaining audit-ready documentation. Strong written and oral communication skills. Experience applying existing tools and workflows effectively and identifying process gaps or improvements. Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions with confidence in fast-paced environments. Ability to build trust and apply judgment on cases and partner concerns. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. 3-5 years of HR experience preferred. Compensation Pay Rate: $35.21/hour #J-18808-Ljbffr Cypress HCM
