They lead by example to organize product for deliveries to job sites and help maintain the overall organization of the branch.What You'll Do:Process customer orders and provide technical advicePull orders and prepares loads for delivery to customerAssist in the loading and unloading of trucksMaintain a safe working environmentReceive purchase orders and transfers and receives inter-company transfersProcess outgoing shipments of products via UPS or other delivery methodsDocument and resolve discrepancies related to transfers and purchase ordersStock product in correct warehouse locationReplenish or move product at the branch as directedAssist customers with product selection and provide additional support when neededPartner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performanceMay coach and lead other associates to achieve daily goals and utilize best practicesOther duties as assignedSkills We Are SeekingMinimum of 1-3 years of warehouse, order fulfillment or stocking experienceMust be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and maneuver packages that may weigh greater than 50lbs (i.e. bags of fertilizer, weed control products, or ice melt)Forklift and loading experience preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsReady and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of workingLandscaping or turf care product knowledge is helpful, but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsSiteOne offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to support the well-being of our associates.
