Project Manager Professional [PMP certified]

DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works under general supervision in the project management office (PMO) of administration
Under general supervision of PMO director, coordinates all tasks (as project coordinator) of different sized projects with different complexities using appropriate PM methodology (AGILE / PREDECTIVE / HYBRID ETC.)
Create presentations and provide status of work progress
Provide administrative and logistical support for all PMO projects, manage project budgets, shopping carts, P-cards and purchase orders. Maintain departmental policies and procedures. Coordinate project meetings and manage meeting minutes
Support and perform other departmental activities at supervisor's request or as needed
