CornerStone Tech Talent is seeking an accomplished Enterprise IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility technology initiatives within a large-scale enterprise environment. This opportunity is built for a seasoned Project Manager who understands what it takes to move a major technology program from planning through implementation and production. We are looking for someone who can operate comfortably between executive stakeholders, business teams, technical architects, developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, and operational groups while maintaining ownership of scope, schedule, dependencies, risk, and delivery.

As the Enterprise IT Project Manager, you will take ownership of major technology initiatives involving large-scale systems and production implementations. Your responsibilities will include leading enterprise technology projects from planning and requirements through implementation, production deployment, stabilization, and project closeout; building and maintaining integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables; coordinating work across application development, infrastructure, architecture, security, data, testing, operations, vendors, and business teams; driving project execution while maintaining visibility into scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies; facilitating technical and business project meetings and ensuring decisions, owners, and action items are clearly documented and followed through; identifying delivery risks early and developing practical mitigation and contingency strategies; managing cross-functional dependencies that can affect development, testing, deployment, and production readiness; coordinating implementation planning, release readiness, cutover activities, and production-transition efforts; providing clear project status reporting to technical leadership, business stakeholders, executives, and other decision-makers; managing stakeholder expectations and communicating changes, risks, blockers, and decisions before they affect delivery; maintaining project governance, documentation, schedules, RAID logs, status reporting, and executive-level project communications; partnering with technical teams without needing to be the engineer in the room while understanding enough about enterprise technology to ask the right questions and identify delivery risks; balancing structured project-management discipline with the flexibility required in complex enterprise environments; and keeping multiple teams aligned around milestones, priorities, ownership, and measurable outcomes.

The strongest candidate will bring a combination of enterprise IT experience, technical fluency, project leadership, and large-scale implementation experience. Required experience includes 7+ years of professional Project Management experience, 7+ years of experience working within Information Technology environments, 7+ years of experience supporting or leading large-scale production system implementations, active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, and a Bachelor's degree. Demonstrated ownership of complex, enterprise-level IT projects, experience managing projects involving multiple technical teams, business units, vendors, and stakeholders, strong experience developing and managing detailed project schedules and implementation plans, demonstrated experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, scope, milestones, and deliverables, experience taking technology projects through implementation and into production environments, strong written, verbal, executive, and stakeholder communication skills, and ability to translate technical project activity into clear business-facing status and risk communications are also required.

Location requirements for this position are based in Columbia, South Carolina and follow a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week onsite. Candidates must currently reside in South Carolina. The work arrangement may transition to fully onsite based on business needs, so candidates must be comfortable working onsite full-time if required.
