Enterprise Project Manager - Executive

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, implementation, and optimization
- 7+ years of experience with sales processes workflows, pipeline management, and process optimization
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst gathering requirements, documenting processes, working with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
- CRM certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant)
- Experience developing training materials and SOPs for CRM adoption
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
