Senior Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to support and configure Operational Technology (OT) systems for manufacturing processes, utilities, and facility control systems in a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Configure and program OT systems, including DCS, PLC, and SCADA, according to approved design and functional requirements. Serve as an SME for automation applications and process control systems. Lead small to medium-sized automation projects and support capital projects. Manage OT system lifecycle deliverables, including functional/design specifications, validation, upgrades, and data migrations. Troubleshoot control system hardware, software, and networking issues. Support system administration, cybersecurity updates, user access, backups, and maintenance. Provide technical training and support continuous improvement while ensuring EHS compliance. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years or Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience. Hands‑on experience with Emerson DeltaV or Foxboro I/A DCS . Experience with Allen‑Bradley ControlLogix PLCs, ladder logic, SCADA, and HMI graphics . Knowledge of commissioning, qualification, and computerized system validation (CSV). Experience with OSIsoft PI Data Historian is a plus. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturing, FDA regulations, GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity . #J-18808-Ljbffr United Pharma
