LOCATION Dallas, TX 75027 | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $18.24/hour
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM; Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Employment Type: W2

ROLE IMPACT
Support daily clinic operations by providing professional front desk and administrative services that ensure patients receive timely assistance and accurate information. Success in this role is measured by excellent customer service, efficient appointment coordination, accurate record management, and dependable administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
• Answer and route incoming patient phone calls while providing courteous customer service and basic call triage.
• Schedule appointments, register patients, and maintain accurate patient information.
• Scan, file, photocopy, and organize patient documents and records.
• Perform data entry and other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual communication skills required (English and Spanish).
• Strong organizational, data entry, customer service, and basic computer skills.

• Telephone and multi-line phone systems
• Electronic scheduling and patient registration systems
• Microsoft Office applications
• Document scanning and digital filing systems

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in a medical office, clinic, or healthcare front desk environment.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining accuracy.
• Professional communication and strong attention to detail.
