What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia care for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures across multiple clinical sites
• Conduct preoperative assessments, including reviewing patient histories and risk factors
• Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans in collaboration with surgical teams
• Administer anesthesia, monitor patient vitals, and adjust as needed during procedures
• Manage post-anesthesia recovery, including pain control and patient monitoring
• Document all care accurately in EPIC EMR and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Support staffing needs, including filling in during shortages and on-call rotations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Participate in professional development activities and maintain certifications

What You Need

• Valid RN license and CRNA certification
• BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA credentials
• Significant professional experience (no new graduates)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call shifts
• Visa sponsorship eligibility (H1B & J1 welcomed)

• Experience providing anesthesia in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
