Senior Product Manager

Role Description

• Product Strategy and Vision
  • Communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your team at eXp Realty.
  • Collaborate with Directors of Product to align product initiatives with business goals and user needs.
• User Experience and Research
  • Analyze user data to identify trends and opportunities for improving product usability and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product delivery and launch.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and enhancements.
  • Facilitate discussions and workshops to prioritize features and gather input from diverse teams.
• Performance Metrics and Reporting
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success and track progress against goals.
  • Own the search and AI growth metrics. Add reporting and ongoing research and presentation of current changes in search and discovery.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on product performance and strategic recommendations.
• Agile Methodologies
  • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient product development.
  • Champion continuous improvement practices within the product team and across the organization.
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies that could enhance eXp Realty’s product offerings and user experience.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum development processes with strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and road mapping.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Embraces and uses AI in their everyday work with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in products and processes.
• Ability to gather and prioritize product requirements from various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
• Experience working in a fully remote environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and communication skills.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience with user experience (UX) principles and customer-centered design practices.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to real estate, AI and software solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
