**Required Experience, Certifications, and Skills:** - Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital PCU experience - ALS (Advanced Life Support) - BLS (Basic Life Support) - NIH (National Institutes of Health) certification - Dysrhythmia interpretation **Preferred Qualifications:** - BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) - Leadership experience, such as relief charge **Skills and Personality:** - Great communicator - Team-oriented
