You mentor the next set of engineers to help them grow into tomorrow’s architects.What You'll Do:Provide technical leadership for specifying, designing, implementing, testing, accrediting, deploying, and sustaining enterprise system and service architectures in distributed, net-centric environments.Develop solution architectures, technical roadmaps, and design documentation integrating systems across multiple domains.Lead stakeholder workshops and technical interchange meetings, translating complex architectures into clear, actionable language.Incorporate security and compliance frameworks, such as DoD STIGs, RMF, and NIST 800-53/171, into design baselines.Stay current on technologies, such as secure mobility platforms, encryption, mobile device management (MDM), VPN solutions, and CSfC-compliant componentsDefine system-of-systems integration approaches, secure enclave architectures, segmentation strategies, and enterprise-level governance modelsWork with us to transform the future of digital platforms.Join us. The world can’t wait.You Have: 5+ years of experience leading or supporting enterprise or mission-system architecture for defense, intelligence, or federal programsExperience developing solution architectures and technical roadmaps integrating systems across multiple domainsExperience producing or governing architecture artifacts, such as system views, interface specs, or decision recordsKnowledge of security and compliance frameworks, such as DoD STIGs, RMF, or NIST 800-53/171, infrastructure integration, networking, data flows and segmentationAbility to lead workshops and briefings, coordinate schedules, manage risks, and validate implementation against architecture intentAbility to influence technical direction and build consensusSecret clearanceBachelor's degree in a STEM or Management fieldCompTIA Security+ CE or INCOSE CSEP CertificationNice If You Have: 10+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale architectures within DoD environmentsExperience designing CSfC-compliant architectures and implementing them in accordance with CSfC requirements and NIAP Protection ProfilesKnowledge ofsecure mobility, enterprise security automation, enclave boundary protection, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Jenkins, Terraform, or AnsibleTS/SCI clearance preferredCISSP, CISM, INCOSE ESEP, or ITIL Foundation CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secretclearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
