The Opportunity

As Operations Manager, you will provide leadership, direction and support across multiple facilities, ensuring operational excellence while creating a positive and high-performing culture.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, coach and develop leaders, drive continuous improvement initiatives and play a key role in delivering strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple operational and distribution facilities
• Drive safety, compliance and operational excellence across all locations
• Develop and coach site leaders and operational teams
• Manage talent selection, succession planning and employee development
• Foster a culture of urgency, accountability, integrity and trust
• Lead continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and use data to drive decision-making
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
• Implement and communicate organisational change initiatives effectively
• Manage operational challenges while balancing customer, employee and commercial priorities
• Ensure compliance with environmental, food safety and operational procedures
• Support the delivery of short and long-term business goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Previous leadership experience within a distribution, warehouse, logistics or operations environment
• Strong people management and team development experience
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and operational functions
• Experience driving operational improvement and performance initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working within fast-paced, customer-focused environments
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years' experience in a distribution centre or warehouse environment

OR

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field with 3+ years' relevant operational experience
