Lillibridge manages more than 22 million square feet of outpatient medical space across 36 states, providing prime medical office spaces to health systems and physicians seeking to expand their reach and deliver value to their communities.About the RoleThe General Manager is responsible for day-to-day property management services, relating to a portfolio of on-campus and / or off-campus research and innovation laboratory buildings. The General Manager is responsible for implementing financial, operational and leasing initiatives in accordance with policies and budgets and in collaboration with Lillibridge leadership, Wexford Asset Management, management, and staff, to achieve company strategy and goals. The General Manager is the leader in their respective market and is therefore responsible for understanding the overall market / sub-market conditions and how they affect the portfolio.This role plays a key part in maintaining the reliability and performance of our buildings, creating safe, functional environments for tenants and clients.
