Job Details Location: Corpus Christi, TX 78414 Setting: Labor & Delivery / Perinatal Nursing Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Shift Duration: 12-hour day shifts Hours per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010 Job Requirements Current Texas RN license or compact RN license Current BLS certification from AHA Current ACLS certification from AHA Current NRP certification Current AWHONN Intermediate FHM or NCC Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certification At least 1 year of labor & delivery nursing experience or related perinatal nursing experience preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Strong communication, assessment, and prioritization skills Ability to adapt quickly and work confidently in a collaborative clinical environment Responsibilities Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients in labor and delivery Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes Administer medications and treatments using appropriate clinical protocols Monitor patients for response to interventions and report changes promptly Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans, procedures, and available resources Support complex emotional, psychological, cultural, and social needs with compassion and professionalism Collaborate with the care team and assist with assignments and delegation as appropriate Why Choose This Travel RN Opportunity?
