Collections Specialist | San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Role Summary Seeking a Collections Specialist with strong inbound/outbound collections experience to support account resolution, payment negotiations, and customer financial assistance activities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements banking/financial collections calling (inbound & outbound) Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills Ability to analyze delinquent accounts and recommend payment solutions Knowledge of collections regulations and compliance practices Comfortable handling high-volume phone interactions and multitasking Strong documentation and customer service skills Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound collections calls regarding delinquent accounts Negotiate payment arrangements and provide financial resolution options Maintain accurate account records and collection activity documentation Ensure compliance with collections policies and regulatory requirements Manage multiple priorities while meeting performance metrics Preferred Profile Strong empathy, resilience, and customer engagement skills Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced collections environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Qualis1 Inc.
