Front Desk Officer

We are looking for a smart, friendly, and organized Front Desk Officer who will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support Responsibilities Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally on behalf of the organization. Maintain a logbook for all incoming guests and clients. Acts as the point of contact between the managers and visitors. Answer all incoming calls and take messages. Collect, sort, and distribute correspondence. Handle customers’ requests and complaints. Tracking time and attendance of all staff Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
