Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled, dedicated Sonographer to join our vibrant team of healthcare professionals committed to excellence in imaging. Description of Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety by clearly explaining each step of the process with empathy and professionalism
• Work intimately with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver top-tier diagnostic imagery
• Manage and maintain ultrasound equipment, promptly reporting any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient information within the electronic medical record system
• Commit to continuous learning by staying updated on advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent credential
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
