ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Spencer Oliver State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic BILINGUAL (Spanish + English) individual to join our team for client service and reception.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Billing and payments with multiple customers
• Handle 40-60 inbound phone calls per day directing customers and helping with payment issues/questions/requests  
• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
• AMBITIONS TO BECOME A LICENSED TEAM MEMBER. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• **BILINGUAL IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH**
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
