Lead Frontend Engineer

What you will be doing:

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for scalable CMS applications, establishing performance foundations for large-scale projects.
• Drive frontend infrastructure optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements across multiple products.
• Oversee code reviews and maintain high standards for code quality and maintainability.
• Communicate technical concepts and progress effectively to product owners and non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously optimize development processes and workflows to enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate with remote product management teams to deliver customer-facing web applications.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js with App Router.
• Extensive experience with internationalization (i18n) lifecycle for large-scale applications, including integration with translation management systems like Crowdin.
• Proficiency with monorepo tools such as NX or Turborepo.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, analytics, and A/B testing solutions.
• Proven track record with SEO optimizations and PageSpeed improvements (CLS, INP, etc.).
• Strong UI/UX skills with Figma and building responsive, consumer-facing web applications.
