Join Our Team as a Gravel Technician!

Looking for a hands-on, dynamic job where you can make a real impact? Our small, growing company is on the hunt for motivated individuals to help us build roads and gravel pads for our exciting RV park development. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard in a fun, flexible environment, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Gravel Technician, you’ll play a key role in shaping our RV park. Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking up and spreading loads of gravel.
• Shoveling gravel and packing it down to create solid foundations.
• Operating small equipment to build new pads and maintain the site.
• Watering down sites and ensuring proper compaction.
• Landscaping tasks such as weeding, clearing lots, and sprucing up the entrance.
• General labor to support road and pad construction.

This is a physically demanding role, but it’s perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors and seeing the tangible results of their hard work.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in general labor or a related field.
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks.
• The ability to work well in a team and follow directions.
• A commitment to maintaining a drug and excessive alcohol-free workplace.

If you have experience operating small equipment or working on similar projects, that’s a big plus!
