About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Head of Claims Intake to take on a senior leadership role with a focus on the initial stages of the claims lifecycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of claims reporting, as well as the overall efficiency of operations. This includes building and leading high-performing teams across various locations and business lines, identifying and implementing improvements in intake and client relations, and modernizing the claims intake process through the use of advanced technology. Applicants must have a minimum of 10-12 years' of experience in claims management, with a strong background in process improvement, customer service, and compliance. Leadership experience in large-scale operations and teams is essential. The role requires the ability to monitor and adjust staffing levels to meet operational demands, as well as a proactive approach to utilizing technology to enhance the claims intake process. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of driving change and innovation within the claims intake function.
