ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2023 and currently lead a team of seven across two agencies. Before opening this agency, I spent three years as a State Farm Sales Leader, and earlier in my career, I played professional baseball in the Chicago White Sox organization. I'm a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and the proud father of two young daughters. Outside of work, I enjoy sports, working out, reading, and traveling.

Giving back to the community is a priority for our team. We organize a large annual backpack drive, participate in local events and pet expos, and regularly host community giveaways and outreach opportunities to stay connected with the people we serve.

As a Customer Service Representative with Grant Buckner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
