The Superintendent is the on-site leader responsible for daily field operations from start to finish. This role is highly hands-on and offers the opportunity to run job sites, lead crews, and contribute to building field processes within a growing organization.

- Lead all on-site construction activities, including crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment
- Read and interpret civil/site plans, grading plans, and utility drawings
- Coordinate inspections and ensure all work is completed to code and is inspection-ready
- Run daily jobsite meetings to align crews on production and safety
- Maintain accurate daily reports including manpower, production, and jobsite conditions
- Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety standards
- Identify and resolve field issues related to grading, utilities, and site conditions
- Support development of field processes, documentation, and safety procedures
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, site development, or heavy civil
- Experience with earthwork, grading, utilities, or ground-up construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
- Proven ability to lead crews and manage jobsite activity
- OSHA-30 preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Base salary: $70,000 – $95,000 (flexible based on experience)
- Performance bonus: 10% – 25%
- Company truck provided (optional)
- Local projects within ~50 miles (no overnight travel)
