As a Billing Specialist you will be responsible for processing billing for vehicles sold and to post sales. Pay: From $18.50 /hr. What We’re Looking for: Associate degree preferred (or equivalent training and experience) We value the right combination of education and hands-on experience Up to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a business environment Billing, dealership experience or DMV experience in a fast-paced setting is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person Strong organizational skills are essential—you'll be juggling multiple priorities Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain) Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Eager to learn our dealership management system and other specialized software—we’ll provide training! This role requires reliable attendance and flexibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Processes deals in accounting by reviewing the paperwork for compliance Verifies that cash is received for vehicle sales Reconciles manufacture rebate and incentive receivables Reviews, balances, and interprets computer reports, and makes corrections. Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services. Maintains CSI at or above company standards Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area Participates in required training Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values Complies with Company policies and procedures Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties. Other duties as assigned.
