Job Description A dynamic and rapidly growing personal injury and property damage law firm seeks a highly motivated and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join their team in Houston, TX. Position Summary In this role, clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. You are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. You will update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. You should also be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed. Qualifications Full-time Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Experience in evaluating claims. Superb negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently in an office environment. Team-oriented.
