Job Description A growing Houston personal injury law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to do meaningful work, advocate hard for clients, and grow with a firm that invests in its people. The ideal candidate will have hands-on personal injury litigation experience and be comfortable managing cases, communicating with clients, preparing for trial, and moving matters forward with urgency and professionalism. Responsibilities Handle personal injury litigation matters from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other case-related documents Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation Communicate regularly with clients and provide clear case updatesWork closely with support staff, case managers, and leadership Advocate strongly for injured clients and pursue the best possible outcomes Maintain organized case files and meet deadlines consistently Qualifications 3+ years of personal injury experience Texas Bar admission in good standing Litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, hearings, and case strategy Strong writing, communication, and client-service skills Ability to manage an active caseload independently Trial preparation or trial experience preferred Plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred Compensation This role offers a base salary of $135,000 - $170,000 , depending on experience.
