Job Description The Gonzalez Law Group is seeking a full-time Personal Injury Attorney to join our Personal Injury Department. The Personal Injury Attorney must have a team mentality with a high desire to be a top courtroom litigator. Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and education. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice and to quickly assume substantial responsibility under the guidance of experienced Personal Injury Attorneys. Responsibilities Meet with potential clients Negotiate files with insurance adjusters Secure case evidence / communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters and providers Keep clients informed of case status effectively and professionally Document conversations and actions with our in-house case management system Timely review of client files Handle all litigation prep-work Initiate lawsuits Work on discovery as well as everything else involved with the litigation process in a timely and effective manner Litigate cases as needed Requirements Licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing Bilingual in Spanish preferred Must have reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license Location: 7151 Office City Dr, Houston, TX 77087 #J-18808-Ljbffr The Gonzalez Law Group, PLLC
