What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• Administer procedures such as manual techniques, ambulation assistance, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting all interventions
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, and caregivers
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient care and progress
• Support supervision of physical therapist assistants, rehab aides, and/or students
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and professional codes

What You Need

• Current Physical Therapy license in Oklahoma
• Minimum 1 year of relevant clinical experience, preferably in long-term care settings
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, wound care, and patient assessment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines
