Munger Physical Therapy is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Medical Receptionist to become part of our compassionate and growing team. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week), ideal for someone who thrives in a patient-centered environment and enjoys making a difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls with care and accuracy

• Schedule patient appointments according to the therapist’s Plan of Care

• Obtain insurance authorizations and verify coverage

• Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a healthcare setting preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational abilities

• A team player who thrives in a collaborative and upbeat workplace
