Substitute Secretary

Marysville Public Schools is accepting applications for the 2025-26 school year.
Hours/Time/Calendar/Pay: On call as needed/$13.73 per hour/Work hours follow regular school day schedule Effective: As needed Reports to: Building Principal Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google, Skyward, (or relevant student database system).
- Ability to operate office equipment (computer, calculator, copy machine, phone system, and fax).
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents and community members.
- Answering phone calls daily from staff, parents, other secretaries and administration
- Providing assistance to multiple students, staff, and parents in the office each day
- Day-to-day operational tasks of office management
- Daily Attendance: phone calls, data entry
- Student Lunch Count: process paperwork
- General letters, memos, and reports as needed and requested
