Sales Growth Specialist

Job Description The Sales Growth Specialist supports Aramark by delivering high-quality insights that drive smarter decisions and enhance business outcomes. This role partners with Aramark operations leaders to understand performance, proactively identify challenges,and recommend proactive solutions. The right candidate brings strong quantitative skills, a talent for communicating insight clearly. This is a high-visibility role with meaningful exposure to both Aramark leadership and external client partners. Job Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Partnership Build strong working relationships with clients, functioning as a reliable analytical resource for strategicplanning and performance review needs. Present data insights to senior management and clients clearly telling the data story and providing actionablerecommendations. Partner with clients on conducting research on hospitality across premium, suites, and concessionsconsumers. Identify opportunities to create and meet consumer demand. Work with internal and external strategicpartners to pilot new concepts to advance customer experience across venues. Analysis and Reporting Analyze business performance data from a multitude of sources including labor tracking, Point of Sale, andinventory management systems to identify opportunities to improve operations and recommend data-drivenaction plans. Design compelling data visualizations and reports to effectively present complex data insights tostakeholders and clients. Lead the creation and development of key performance reporting to multiple stakeholders including theAramark operations team and clients. Generate ad-hoc analyses to measure the outcome of short-term strategies. Work with cross-functional teamsto define insights and analytics required to measure success. Strategic Insights and Improvements Leverage consumer analytics to understand customer purchasing behavior. Support development of pricing, product mix, and placement that drive revenue and fan satisfaction alike. Innovate ways to streamline the collection and synthesis of information by improving business processes andorganization. Stay informed on emerging AI tools, technology, and industry best practices to implement in order to meet Aramark Data Science's business goals At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for ouremployees and for our customers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting or Finance or another scientificdiscipline. Master's degree a plus but not required. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analytical function preferred. Advanced analytical ability and spreadsheet modeling skills are required. Moderate experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation. Familiarity with AI in business context along with curiosity and drive to explore emerging AI technologies. Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to interface with multiple levels of management areessential. Strong organizational, project management and time management skills Ability to effectively communicate findings, analysis, implications, and recommendations to variedstakeholder audiences Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office package, specifically a high level of proficiency with Excel andPowerPoint Experience in developing BI Tools (Ex.
