Environmental Health & Safety Manager

Position Responsibilities: The EHS Manager promotes and facilitates a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture identifying best practices and leading continuous improvement initiative to reduce work process riskThis role provides technical advice, coaching, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and coordination of team member training on hazardous condition monitoring and use of safety equipmentYou will support of EHS goals for the site manager and appropriate activity-based goals for the functional managers to drive EHS culture and resultsAdditionally, you will support the execution of corporate sustainability strategies, engaging with key stakeholders on projects including investigating accidents and occupational injuries to determine causes and implement preventive measuresOther duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 7 years of related experience and 3 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 8 to 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of leadership experience BenefitsAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
