What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading and supporting our service advisors and technicians
• Driving sales while maintaining integrity with customers
• Keeping workflow smooth and the shop productive
• Coaching the team to improve every week
• Helping us grow the business the right way

What We're Looking For

• Service management or advisor experience is preferred
• Someone who takes ownership , not someone who makes excuses
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A person who understands both people AND numbers
• Someone who still has passion for this industry
