Key Account Coordinator-Order Management

Summary Under the general supervision of the Director of Order Management, the Key Account Coordinator works alongside sales and purchasing teams to manage a group of key accounts, ensuring their customer's success, just as much as our own success. In this collaborative work environment, the incumbent is a true champion of their group of accounts and work side‑by‑side with key stakeholders to ensure success. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Act as a liaison between sales executives and the internal team on order fulfillment tasks Input orders, review inventory statuses, and coordinate production for assigned accounts Troubleshoot shipment issues Order customer retail tickets Track incoming product for your orders Route shipments, prepare Bill of Ladings, ASNs Coordinate shipments from start to finish Input data in Customer Portals Review and maintain expert knowledge of Customer Vendor Guidelines Other related duties as required Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Associate's Degree 2-3 years of experience in Account Coordination, Sales Support, Retail Vendor Operations and Compliance Requirements, and coordinating major and key accounts such as Amazon, Nordstrom, Target, Grocery Chains Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions in English Advanced Excel & Reporting Skills Working knowledge of inventory management Strong understanding of Purchase orders and Order Fulfillment Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and management Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing Working knowledge of proper email etiquette with strong attention to detail Ability to work and respond quickly under pressure Data entry and 10-key proficiency Benefits Health Care Plans (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off & Public Holidays, and your Birthday!
