• Organize meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough evaluations
• Maintain communication with leads, nurturing interest and facilitating the recruitment process
• Keep precise, real-time records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and actual hires resulting from your leads
