What You'll Do

• Identify prospective healthcare candidates using our unique platform alongside your existing network
• Engage with potential candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth screening
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and guide them through the hiring process
• Keep up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
• Benefit from commissions based on meetings scheduled, interviews conducted, and successful hires from your leads
